In practice: a week of home visits around Lyon
You see four or five clients a day between Lyon, Villeurbanne and Vénissieux. A new client asks for a blow-dry on Wednesday at 4 pm in Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon, and on Tuesday a gap is left between two visits.

Rounds shows your visits in order, the driving time between clients, the total for the day and the way back to your starting point.

Wednesday's request adds 18 minutes of driving. Confirm it, or offer times that follow a visit already planned in that area.

Tuesday's free slot shows two waiting list clients a few minutes away. You let them know, and the first one to book takes the slot.

Good to know
Rounds is available in the Fleeky Pro app once you have a travel area. Durations are driving estimates without traffic. Notifying a client requires an active waiting list on your booking page.

When you create an appointment, Fleeky suggests three slots over the next 7 days, ranked by the driving time they add, with the reason for each one.

A request shows the detour it adds to your day. Confirm it, decline it or offer up to three other times that your client picks by email.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about home visit rounds
Are routes measured in a straight line?
No. Fleeky works out driving distances and times on the road network, without traffic. They are estimates to plan your day, not turn-by-turn guidance: the Directions button opens your navigation app.
What do I need to use Rounds?
At least one travel area in Fleeky Pro, with your starting point. Client addresses need to be located to show on the map; an incomplete address is flagged in the day.
Can my clients see my round?
No. Rounds is a tool for you, inside the app. Clients only see the available times on your booking page.
How does offering another time work?
From a request, you pick up to three times. Your client gets an email and chooses the one that suits them: the request is then moved and confirmed. Nothing is held in your calendar meanwhile, and the offer expires after 48 hours or at the first time offered.
What if I also see clients at my salon?
Suggested slots also work for a salon appointment: each slot shows where it falls in your day. Without a travel area, the waiting list shows the free slots of the day and the clients to notify.
Does my booking page change?
If you limit the distance between two appointments, it is now measured from the visit just before and the one just after the slot. Slots that used to be refused become bookable when your clients live close to each other.
