Activation and use depend on the business situation and the plan. - **E-invoicing reform**: since 1 September 2026, every business subject to French VAT, including those under the VAT exemption scheme, must be able to receive supplier invoices through a registered platform ("plateforme agréée"). From 1 September 2027, micro-enterprises, small businesses and medium businesses must also issue their domestic business-to-business invoices electronically, and transmit e-reporting data for their consumer and international transactions, including payment data where applicable. - **What Fleeky provides**: connection to an integrated registered platform from the Accounting section of the dashboard, automatic registration in the official reception directory, supplier invoice inbox with approval or refusal, e-reporting aggregates calculated from the certified register and transmitted on the schedule of the business VAT regime, and business-to-business invoices in the official electronic format with status tracking. - **Data declared for e-reporting**: aggregated totals per day and per VAT rate only.
